What are you having for breakfast? How about Egg and Mango Chutney Flatbread! Care to join me? 😜

I think this may possibly be one of the most fun, quick, and delicious breakfasts I have had in awhile.


4 large eggs

3 tbsp flour

4 tbsp plain yogurt

2 tbsp mango chutney

olive oil

sea salt

red chili pepper



Boil eggs for approx. 5 mins

In bowl mix the flour with a pinch of sea salt, 3 tbsp yogurt and 1 tbsp of oil until dough forms.

Form dough into a ball and cut in half.

Dust with flour both the dough and table and roll out dough.

Heat pan and then cook the flatbread dough for approx. 3 mins on each side or until lightly browned.

Place flatbread on plate and spread mango chutney over bread, then yogurt and hard-boiled halves. Season with pinch of pepper, sea salt, and garlic. Slice red chili pepper on top.
