This pizza is “Naan” Negotiable

Pepperoni Flatbread (Naan) Pizza


1 large head garlic, roasted *recipe can be found on my website

1/4 tsp. dried oregano

1/4 tsp. dried thyme

1/4 tsp. dried rosemary

1/4 tsp. Dried Basil

1/4 tsp. Crushed red pepper flakes

2 naan flatbreads

1/2 cup Marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella

24-26 pepperoni slices

8 mini mozzarella balls, sliced in half

1/4 cup parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Mix dried herbs and red pepper flakes together in bowl. Set aside.

Place Naan flatbreads on clean surface.

Brush flatbreads lightly with olive oil (I used some of the remaining olive oil from the roasted garlic) and extra if needed.

Divide the sauce between each naan. Using the back of a spoon, spread it just to the edge of each naan. Place roasted garlic on each of the naan flatbreads. Sprinkle half cup of shredded mozzarella on one naan and half cup on other. Place 12-13 pepperoni slices on each naan. Divide the mozzarella balls and place them on each naan. Sprinkle grated Parmesan between each naan. Sprinkle each with the herb mixture.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and flatbreads golden brown and crispy edges.
