There’s nothing more French than the Green Bean!

Crispy Cheesy Haricot Vert
1 lb. French style green beans
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. fresh parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp. Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1/4 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Arrange the green beans on baking sheet in a single layer. Set aside. In a small bowl mix together olive oil, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the green beans and toss well to evenly coat. Bake for 20 minutes until vibrant and tender-crisp. Remove from oven and top with the mozzarella cheese. Return to oven and broil until the cheese melts and becomes golden. (Approx. 5 minutes) Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve immediately.
