Raisin the Roof French Toast..Care to join me?

Raisin Bread

2 eggs

1/2 tsp pure vanilla

2 tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup milk

1 cup pure maple syrup warmed



In bowl whisk eggs and milk then combine cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, vanilla and set aside briefly.

In a 10-inch or 12-inch skillet, melt butter over med. heat. Dip raisin bread in egg mixture. Fry until both sides golden brown.

Serve with warm syrup and raspberries.
