Peas Roast Me All The Time!
Roasted Spicy Peas
2 cups frozen organic peas, thawed
1 tbsp. olive oil 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. Onion power
1/2 tsp. Chili powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Thaw the peas completely on a paper towel. Spread them out on a clean paper towel and gently press another towel on top, blotting out any moisture. (Be careful not to press down to hard).
Mix the spices together in small bowl. Transfer the peas to the baking sheet and toss in the olive oil. Sprinkle spices evenly on top and toss.
Bake for 40 minutes until the peas are browned. Shake the baking sheet every 10 minutes to promote even cooking. Remove from oven.
