Ingredients
4 cups vanilla ice cream
1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1 1/2 cup whole milk
1 tsp. pure vanilla
Zest from 1 small orange
6 Popsicle sticks
6 Paper cups
Instructions
In blender combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Pour into paper cups. Place in freezer for about 10 mins. allowing to get a bit firm. Then insert popsicle stick in middle of ice cream. Place back in freezer and allow to freeze until very firm, approx. 4-5 hours. When ready to eat remove the paper cup mold.
