3 cups sweetened coconut shredded
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk Roasted Almonds(approx 36 pieces)
1 cup Godiva dark melting chocolate pieces
1 cup heavy cream
How to make candy bar filling
In medium bowl mix the coconut and sweetened condensed milk together until completely combined.
How to make ganache
Heat cream on the stove top until simmering then pour the warm cream over the chocolate.
Let it sit for a few minutes before stirring.
Stir until smooth.
Spread the candy bar filling mixture into 8x8 baking pan and press layer evenly.
Arrange almonds on top 6 across and 6 down(two per bar).
Place pan in freezer for 30 minutes or until very firm.
Remove the pan from freezer and cut into slices. Remove slices carefully from pan and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Wet fingers and make rounded edges on bars.
Place bars back in freezer for another 20 minutes while making the ganache.
Remove bars from freezer and dip them in ganache using a large spoon or fork coating them thoroughly.
Lightly sprinkle coconut flakes on top of bars and place back on fresh lined baking sheet and freeze again for 30 mins. or until very firm and set.
Then place in refrigerator until ready to eat.
