Mother’s Day really should be celebrated everyday!

So instead of just celebrating and posting what I made today for this special day I’ll share with you some of the most popular Mother’s Day dishes and desserts for the entire week! Let’s get started shall we? 😜

I already had my mimosas so let’s start today’s presentation with an appetizer! This spicy jalapeño dip was the bomb diggity with my family! We literally could not stop eating it!

Simple and Spicy Jalapeños Cheese Dip

1 4 oz. can diced jalapeños, drained

1 8 oz. package cream cheese

1 cup sour cream

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. Onion powder

2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Topping 1 cup bread crumbs, Italian (Plain or Panko can be used)

4 tbsp. Butter, melted

1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

1 tbsp. fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. With hand mixer combine cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder and sour cream until fluffy.

Add the cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, and diced jalapeños and mix well.

Spread into an 8x8 baking dish and set aside.

In small bowl combine the bread crumbs, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.

Sprinkle the crumb topping over the cream cheese mixture.

Bake for approx. 15-20 minutes, or until hot and breadcrumbs golden brown.

Enjoy! 😜
