I want Spedini, Fettuccine and Crostini.. not necessarily in that order!

So pour a glass of vino and we will start with delicious Crostini!

Crostini with Assorted Toppings


1 baguette or French bread loaf

1/2 cup olive oil

Sea salt and freshly ground pepper (optional)

Toppings include Fresh sliced Mozzarella, Provel Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Cooked Maple Bacon, Fresh Baby Spinach, Prosciutto, Salami, Tomato varieties, Capers, Manzanilla Olives, Marinated Artichokes, Balsamic Vinegar and Sun Dried Tomato Spread.


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Slice bread diagonally into approx. 1/4” thick slices.

Brush both sides of bread with olive oil.

Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper (optional)

Bake for 5-7 minutes and then carefully flip over and bake another 5 mins. until desired browning.

Remove from oven and assemble with your favorite ingredients.
