I know you want S’more Brownies!
Ooey Gooey S’more Brownies
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. salted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup melted milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chunks
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I used Ghirardelli)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 jar marshmallow fluff
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper.
Pour melted butter into a large mixing bowl. Whisk in the sugar until smooth. Add in eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk for approx. 1 minute. Whisk in the melted chocolate until combined and smooth. Use a rubber spatula to stir in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined. Pour brownie mixture into the prepared pan and make sure you smooth it out.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until brownies are cooked through. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 mins. Spread the marshmallows fluff on top and with sprinkle graham crackers. Add chocolate chunks on top. Return pan to oven and broil high watching very closely, just until marshmallows are lightly browned and chocolate chunks a bit melted.
