I got Georgia Peaches on my Mind! 🎶

Ridiculously Delicious Peach Crumble


For the Filling

7-8 medium fresh peaches, sliced into thin wedges with skin on

Juice from 1/2 large lemon

1/4 cup white sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. nutmeg

2 tsp. cornstarch

For the Crumble Topping

1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 tsp. kosher salt

1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

1/2 cup (1 stick) softened butter

Vanilla ice cream, for serving


Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cover large baking sheet with foil and set aside. This will prevent a mess in the oven in case there is any overflow.

In a large bowl, combine the peach slices and lemon juice. Then add the rest of the ingredients for filling and carefully stir to coat peaches. Pour into a medium size baking dish.

Bake the peach mixture in the oven for approx. 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine the dry topping ingredients and stir together well. Toss pieces of softened butter into the flour mixture. Using clean hands just combine butter until mixture is crumbly.

Remove peaches from oven and sprinkle crumble topping evenly over peaches. Place back into oven and bake for approx. 25-28 mins, until crumb topping nice and golden brown.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream!
