I can make it just like ITALY!!

Antoinette’s Fettuccine Alfredo👌🏻

A few years back my son and I took a trip to Venice, Italy. One evening after visiting St. Mark’s Square we strolled through narrow and winding corridors and came upon a really long line of people waiting outside to get pasta at a tiny little restaurant called Dal Moro’s. We were hungry so we decided to try it out! I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo and let me tell ya.. it was WONDERFUL! Perfectly cooked, just the right flavors and so fresh! We were very impressed by the fast and friendly service as well! I love this dish! Simplistic but yet so delicious! The success of this dish depends on quality ingredients (I love European butter). So here is my own version of this AMAZING dish!


1 lb. fettuccine noodles

1 1.2 cups heavy cream

5 tbsp. unsalted butter

1 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

salt and pepper to taste

fresh ground nutmeg to taste


In large saucepan over high heat bring the cream and butter to boil. Reduce to low and simmer for approx. 1 minute.

Add tbsp. of the cheese and whisk until smooth. Remove from heat and season with the salt and pepper and nutmeg.

In large pot bring salted water to boil. cook pasta until al dente and drain.

Put pasta in warm bowl and pour the sauce on it. Sprinkle with more cheese and toss And serve!
