Ingredients 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 1 large egg 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1 cup small marshmallows 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips Cooking spray
Instructions Preheat over to 350 degrees F. Spray cooking oil in cast iron skillet or oven safe skillet. Melt butter for approx. 1 minute in microwave safe bowl until completely melted. Wait a few minutes before adding the egg so you don’t scramble it. GRODY(as my daughters would say). After combining the egg add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and whisk to combine. In separate bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. Add flour mixture to wet mixture. Stir in the marshmallows and chocolate chips. Place dough into skillet and smooth out with spatula. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until cookie is lightly golden browned and a bit gooey in middle. Serve immediately!
