EVERYTHING with this BREAKFAST on a HOLE different Level
I don't know about you but I love bagels! I wanted to do something a bit different so I thought of a fun, creative and quick breakfast for two!
Egg in a Hole Everything Bagel

Ingredients
2 tbsp. salted butter, melted
1 everything bagels, halved
2 medium eggs
Kosher salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Pinch of Dried Italian herbs
Sliced avocado, for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Heat large skillet on medium-high heat. Melt butter and place bagels in skillet. Cook each side until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove and place on small nonstick baking sheet. Carefully crack egg into each hole.
Bake for 15 minutes or until your desired degree of doneness (I prefer my yolk a bit more jammy).
Remove and place avocado slices on top of egg. Season with the salt, pepper and Italian herbs.
