Spicy Korean Cheesy Fries



Ingredients 1 26 oz. bag Ore-Ida extra crispy frozen french fries

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1 cup mayonnaise

3/4 cup gochujang

1/2 tsp. Garlic salt

2 tsp. rice vinegar

1/4 tsp. Ground coriander

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tbsp. Red pepper flakes

2 scallions, chopped

Instructions

Heat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Spread the fries out on a large baking sheet. Bake the fries for approx. 25 minutes and then toss fries with a spatula. Sprinkle the garlic salt and grated cheeses evenly over fries and bake for another 10- 15 minutes or until golden and crisp.

In bowl mix together the mayonnaise, gochujang, rice vinegar, ground coriander, salt and pepper. Using a spoon, drizzle the sauce evenly over the hot fries. Sprinkle the scallions along with the red pepper flakes over the sauce.
