Heading into the WEEKEND IS EVERYTHING and so is this PIZZA!

Easy Pepperoni and Olive Stuffed Crust Pizza!


1 pound store-bought pizza dough, room temp (I used Trader Joe's Herb)

6 mozzarella sticks

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 cup pizza sauce

18-20 slices pepperoni

1/2 cup mixed olives

1/2 tsp. Garlic salt

1/2 tsp. Freshly cracked black pepper

1/2 tsp. Red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

1 cup shredded Quattro Formaggi cheese ( I purchased from Trader Joe's)

1 egg + 2 tbsp. Water, for egg wash

1-2 tbsp. Everything Bagel Seasoning


Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Roll pizza dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Carefully transfer to pizza round baking sheet. Brush olive oil over dough. Cut small slices into the mozzarella sticks so they bend. Place mozzarella sticks around the edges of pizza dough. Carefully fold the edges of dough over cheese sticks and pinch to seal. Spoon out the pizza sauce onto dough and distribute evenly out to the edges of the pizza dough. Layer pizza with pepperoni, olives, garlic salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Top with the Quattro Formaggi cheese. Brush the outer edges of pizza with egg wash. Sprinkle the Everything Bagel over tops of the edges.

Place pizza on center rack of oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until edges are nicely browned and cheese is bubbling. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
