Almonds taste so much better dipped in Chocolate!
Chocolate Dipped Sea Salt Almonds
6 oz. bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate
1 1/2 cups whole almonds (raw and unsalted) Turbinado sugar
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or temper chocolate.
Stir the almonds into the chocolate, making sure to coat each one. Using a fork, lift the almonds out of the chocolate one by one or only a couple at a time. Repeat with remaining almonds.
Sprinkle almonds with a bit of sea salt and turbinado sugar and allow chocolate to completely set. To make this process faster you can place baking sheet in the refrigerator.
